DIVISION MEMORANDUM SGOD-2026-082 To : Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chief Education Supervisors Public Schools District Supervisors Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads Section/Unit Heads All Others Concerned Subject: PARTICIPATION TO THE ORIENTATION AND MOA DAY FOR QUALIFIED 2026 BASIC EDUCATION RESEARCH FUND (BERF) PROPOSALS Date : 20 April 2026 Relative to Regional Memorandum PPRD-2026-039 dated 13 April 2026, and in connection with Regional Memorandum PPRD-2025-068 re: “2026 Call for Research Proposals,” the following SDO personnel and qualified proponents are hereby directed to attend the Orientation and MOA Day on 22 April 2026 at the Durian Hall, DepEd Regional Office XI, F. Torres St., Davao City: 1. Emma O. Rabuya 2. Paul Anthony S. Ladeza 3. Noel A. Yap 4. Joel T. Migabon 5. Adessa G. Sarabia 6. Angelo Pansag 7. John Paul C. Olbinar 8. Shielame G. Pansag 9. Maven Ar S. Nuevo 10. Alda B. Pawin 11. Rowil A. Tirro 12. Ana Lou O. Bucag 13. Babby S. Sarabosing 14. Joey Edward De Mira – Division Van Driver All qualifiers shall bring the following requirements: (a) one (1) updated Work Plan, including the SDO and Inter-SDO Quality Control; (b) one (1) colored photocopy of a valid government-issued ID with fresh signature; and (c) for group studies, the lead researcher shall bring the original and one (1) photocopy of the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) ATM card. Participation in this activity shall be on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Transportation, meals, and other incidental expenses shall be charged against local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Services rendered during holidays, weekends, or uninterrupted vacation periods shall be subject to the grant of service credits and/or Compensatory Overtime Credit (COC), as applicable, pursuant to DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 and CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004. Queries may be coordinated with DepEd Region XI Policy, Planning and Research Division through email at pprd.region11@deped.gov.ph . For immediate dissemination and compliance.
