Joey Edward De Mira – Division Van Driver All qualifiers shall bring the following requirements: (a) one (1) updated Work Plan, including the SDO and Inter-SDO Quality Control; (b) one (1) colored photocopy of a valid government-issued ID with fresh signature; and (c) for group studies, the lead researcher shall bring the original and one (1) photocopy of the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) ATM card. Participation in this activity shall be on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Transportation, meals, and other incidental expenses shall be charged against local funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. Services rendered during holidays, weekends, or uninterrupted vacation periods shall be subject to the grant of service credits and/or Compensatory Overtime Credit (COC), as applicable, pursuant to DepEd Order No. 53, s. 2003 and CSC and DBM Joint Circular No. 2, s. 2004. All teaching, teaching-related, and non-teaching personnel of the Schools Division of Davao Oriental are encouraged to participate as respondents by accomplishing the survey within the prescribed period through https://tinyurl.com/RO-Survey-Research-2026.
