DIVISION MEMORANDUM SGOD-2026-068 To : Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chief Education Supervisors Public Schools District Supervisors Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads Section/Unit Heads All Others Concerned Subject: PARTICIPATION IN THE ONLINE SURVEY FOR THE STUDY ON LEVERAGING REGION XI INSTITUTIONAL COMMUNICATION EFFICIENCY OF DEPED ISSUANCES: A DESCRIPTIVE STUDY IN FOCUS Date : 14 April 2026 In reference to Regional Memorandum PPRD-2026-027 dated 23 March 2026, this Office informs all concerned that the DepEd Region XI Policy, Planning, and Research Division (PPRD) will conduct a study titled “Leveraging Region XI Institutional Communication Efficiency of DepEd Issuances: A Descriptive Study in Focus,” which aims to assess the efficiency of dissemination mechanisms of official issuances and other DepEd mandates from the Regional Office to lower governance levels. All teaching, teaching-related, and non-teaching personnel of the Schools Division of Davao Oriental, are encouraged to participate as respondents. Participation is voluntary and shall be undertaken in accordance with the No Disruption of Classes Policy under DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2025. The online survey shall be accessible from 24 March to 24 April 2026 through the link: https://tinyurl.com/RO-Survey-Research-2026 .
