Subject: PARTICIPATION IN THE SURVEY ON TEACHING PRACTICES IN PUBLIC ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS IN THE PHILIPPINES BY THE PHILIPPINE SURVEY AND RESEARCH CENTER, INC.

In line with Regional Memorandum PPRD-2026-006 dated January 6, 2026, re: “Request Participation to the Survey on Teaching Practices in Public Elementary Schools in the Philippines by the Philippine Survey and Research Center, Inc.,” the following personnel are directed to attend the Virtual Orientation on January 15, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.:
1. Rowil A. Tirro, SEPS – Research Survey Coordinator
2. Melvin Maynagcot, Principal, Gregorio Moralizon ES 2 – Participant
3. Joan B. Cahilog, MT1, Logdeck ES – Participant
4. Vernon Joe C. Arce, HT4, Venancio Juan ES – Participant
Participants are required to pre-register at through the link https://bit.ly/PSRCSurvey-TP on or before January 13, 2026. The virtual session link will be sent via email upon successful registration.
For technical concerns on the conduct of the survey, queries shall be coursed through Ms. Camille Angela A. Magpayo via email at camille.magpayo@deped.gov.ph. Lateral coordination may likewise be made with the Policy, Planning and Research Division (PPRD) through pprd.region11@deped.gov.ph, with information copy furnished to the SEPS for Planning and Research, SDO Davao Oriental. Please refer to the enclosure for more details.
Participation to this activity shall be on OFFICIAL BUSINESS. Transportation, per diem, incidental and travelling expenses shall be charged against any local funds/School MOOE subject to the existing accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
