Subject: PARTICIPATION IN ONLINE SURVEYS ON TEACHER WELL-BEING AND JOB SATISFACTION BY THE RESEARCH CENTER FOR SOCIAL SCIENCES AND EDUCATION, UNIVERSITY OF SANTO TOMAS

In reference to DepEd Central Office Memorandum DM-OUHROD-2025-3247 dated 18 November 2025, re: “Conduct of Data Gathering Activities by the Research Center for Social Sciences and Education, University of Santo Tomas,” all teaching personnel in the Schools Division of Davao Oriental are hereby informed and encouraged to participate in the online surveys being conducted by the Psychological Studies Research Interest Group of the Research Center for Social Sciences and Education (RCSSED), University of Santo Tomas. These studies focus on the well-being and psychological functioning of Filipino public school teachers and aim to generate evidence that will deepen the understanding of the challenges and strengths that shape the professional and emotional lives of public school teachers.

Interested teachers may voluntarily accomplish any or all of the following survey questionnaires starting immediately until 14 January 2026, through the corresponding links indicated below:

Participation in these studies is strictly voluntary and open to all teaching personnel. Teachers who choose to participate are advised to accomplish the online forms within official time, without disrupting scheduled classes and learning activities, subject to the discretion and supervision of the School Head.
